Use L70QS080 when a 80A Littelfuse solution is required for very fast-acting protection of power semiconductors, converters, drives and control circuits. Rated 700 V AC\/DC; interrupting rating 200 kA AC and 50 kA DC; current-limiting high-speed design. Its ordering configuration is North American bolted round-body package. System-level protection, derating and coordination should be checked against the latest Littelfuse data before design-in.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
