Mersen positions A25X4500-128 in the A25X family for heavy-duty rectifiers and semiconductor converters, using a 250–300VAC high-speed semiconductor fuse format. Electrical and mechanical selection centers on 4500A, 250–300VAC, low-I²t current-limiting semiconductor protection, and the cartridge / clip format. For replacement or new builds, compare the mounting details with the linked manufacturer documentation.
