As part of the Mersen A60X range, A60X3000-128TA is configured as a 3000A aR high-speed semiconductor fuse. The electrical envelope covers 600V AC operation and 200kA AC interrupt performance. The hockey-puck bolt-in construction with indicator configuration helps fit rectifier, traction and heavy-duty power-electronics protection; standards for the family include UL JFHR2.
