Use L70S225 when a 225A Littelfuse high-speed semiconductor fuse is required and the exact ordering configuration must be retained. The selected part uses round-body high-speed configuration. The series is extremely current limiting and intended for semiconductor and power-electronic protection. Electrical ratings are 700 V AC / 650 V DC, with 200 kA @ 700 V AC; 20 kA @ 650 V DC interrupting capability for high-speed power-electronic protection.
